The FBI local and national news media were informed back in the spring about the involvement of the Greenbrier county sheriff's department WV State Police political friends of the governor and the production of illegal liquor being produced on the governor's property and sold to law enforcement and his friends. These people have tried murdering me no less than 2 times the first was with a state trooper. I can start naming nanes and dates. Bruce Sloan was responsible for the first attempt on my life trying to cover up for his deputies foremost his right hand man Josh Martin's involvement. All of the county commissioners are involved and they were making their illegal liquor at the old Pepsi plant in Alderson WV owned by Governor Jim Justice. So believe me it's a mess. I was in the process of retaining an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the state of WV for murdering my aunt who was raising me as a baby and the whole time they were trying to murder me also to cover up their involvement in drug dealing since at least 1976. I have credible witnesses and can prove everything I claim. Why do the public put up with this crap. I promise this is the biggest cover up in WV State history. Start asking questions.

I was blessed one day in 1982 with the privilege of visiting Rainelle as a young man in my early twenties while employed as a railroad herbicide applicator and working on the Chessie System's Nicholas, Fayette, and Greenbrier subdivision. The two railroad men accompanying me were the salt of the earth and took personal pride in their railroad as if it were an independent entity. The UMW strike in the region was still going on but I believe the mines around Rainelle had long since been shut down, so I didn't see the strike activity I did in eastern Kentucky. Lunchtime that day came around and I asked which places the men would recommend and they both said that Erva's Cafe ( I hope I am remembering her name accurately) was by far the best, so I made my way to an obscure looking place on the main drag with a screen door on the front and walked into an empty place and sat down in a wooden booth. Shortly, a little old woman made her way down and smiled as if she'd known me for years. I ordered the special and she brought out an ice cold bottle bottle of Coke and went back to the kitchen which had swinging gates leading into it and I could see that she was cooking on a wood stove, much like the "tin lizzy" my grandmother had. She brought out a heaping piping hot platter and sat down across from me while I ate and spoke very lovingly of her family, mostly her grandchildren. After thoroughly cleaning my plate, she quietly got up and I assumed the check was forthcoming. Instead, it was another heaping platter of food. I was already stuffed but didn't have the heart to refuse, so I again cleaned the plate, this time telling her I need to get back to work. She charged me $3. 50 for that lunch. It wasn't until a few weeks later that I realized my company and her privilege of cooking for me made her very happy and I think of her very often to this day. After making my way back to the depot, we started north on the NF & G secondary toward Gauley Bridge, which was 67 miles long and straight uphill from the Meadow River. My tank would only last for about 14 miles, so I had to plan for crossings to get off and remix a tankload. I soon learned that there were no crossings along the entire stretch and the river was too far down to get water, so I had to pump out of potholes fed by natural springs the whole way. The memory of those two days on the secondary stay with me to this day.

All the drug's that's being pushed on that mountain and his grandparents don't do anything but then they turn around and give him a vehicle to drive when his was taken by police then they paid his bond... A day out of jail and I heard you was cussing a man and challenged him to come up to the mountain after you assaulted his family that just detained you... That man you cussed a day after being released is way bigger than what you think.. Why he's not pushing the issue I'll never know but I've heard some pretty wild stuff about him.. But you can't go around stealing off people and breaking the law then get out and act like you're a thug it just don't fly.. My advice is take care and make better life choices and don't mess with people you don't know.
